Cancellation policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are nonrefundable, and changes within 24 hours are not accepted. Cutoff times use the tour’s local time.
If ilimo cancels because of weather, road closures, park restrictions, or safety concerns, you will be offered another date or a full refund.
